Amazon FBA profit calculator
Amazon takes a referral fee on the sale and a fulfilment fee for picking, packing and shipping. Put in your product's numbers and see the profit per unit.
The two fees on every FBA sale
Amazon charges a referral fee on each sale, 15% in most categories with a $0.30 minimum per item. With Fulfilment by Amazon you also pay a fulfilment fee per unit that depends on size, weight and price. A small standard-size item of 2 ounces or less priced between $10 and $50 is $3.32, rising to $3.51 in the October 15 to January 14 peak season.
Since April 2026 a 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge applies to fulfilment fees, and monthly storage, advertising and returns come on top, so leave room in your margin.
